Shipping to Billing Address

I want my clients to be able to click on a checkbox to copy data in Shipping Address fields to auto-populate into Billing Address fields.

I have Shipping Address fields in one group and Billing Address fields in another.

I found this here:

Placed the code within a HTML element within the form.
Changed the ID’s to be the same as I am using on my form.
How do I associate the script with a check box I place on the form (ie copy shipping address to billing address)?

Also, within the script I am not sure where .iphorm_4_55_1 comes from? Is that the form ID or just something I can make up?
