Shortcode perform twice in Confirmation message.

I doing a shortcode in the Confirmation message,
When i submit the form ,the shortcode perform twice at the same time.

I tested run a shortcode which the function only contain write_log ,
it also perform twice at the Confirmation message.

I also tested the shortcode work on a single page it works fine.
It perform once only on the single page.
