Show Footer when "No Content"

Hi

We need to show the footer when there is no homepage

We have the old version of the theme which could do it here on the homepage (with no content)

but we have just bought react and set it up here

but can we setup some CSS to show the actual footer (as per the other pages with content on) on the homepage please even though there is “no content” theme chosen…???

Tried all configs in the footer setups but believe we may need some display CSS of some kind?
