Show Submit button based on conditional logic.

Hi,
Could you please give me a solution on the following situation;
We have form built upon Quform. Towards the end of the form, just above the submit button, an agreement where the user has to agree and proceed. We want to disable the submit button if the user choose ‘no’. How can I do this using conditional logic or is there any other way? I appreciate you help on this. Thanks.
