Showing correctly when logged in, showing incorrectly when logged out

When I’m logged into wordpress, the forms are showing correctly.
When I’m NOT logged into wordpress, the form is showing white text on a white box making it impossible to see.

It solves it but only on when I’m logged in. How would I resolve this for someone who is *not* logged in? Thank you.
