Side bar is not showing

Im working on website based on your template. I choosed my page: http://mgalique.com/inne/ – as default Blog page.
On theme options I choosed to show right sidebar on blog pages – still nothing.

I want to check it in code – but i cant find which file is responsible for main blog view.

It want work on standard page as well: http://mgalique.com/aktualnosci/ – not showing any sidebar items here as well.
