Single Line Text issue (no space in record)

when user submit form address details
it spaces drop
sample: 1112HamptonStreet
instead of: 1112 Hampton Street

I only have css
text input:
width: 96%;
margin: 0 2px;
padding: 6px;

It is happen only on one (Address)
All before and after Single Line Text issue don’t have this problem and work perfect
Any idea what can remove spacer?
