Slide Effekt, Disable round radio options

I have the Bookings template from QForm and would like to hide the small round radio buttons. I would also like to have a slide effect in a multisite form. How do I get this to work?
An example would be this:

Webdesign Angebote vergleichen

PS: Is it advisable to always use radio buttons for image clicks in the above example?
