Small CSS problem Bootstrap 4

Hi Al or Ally,

How are you doing!? Have a smal problem with placing the form on a Bootstrap 4 page:

http://daktest.yourweblab.nl/contact.php

Columns are not expanding on a larger screen (like a laptop).

When clicking send (verstuur) with empty text fields the warning messages appear and the page is of course expanding, but then I’m unable to scroll the page to the footer.

I was a bit to quick with the conclusion that all was solved! On Safari iMac (latest osx) the java script causes
flickering and page jump during scroll on the “contact page”. Works OK on Windows.

Hope you have a Mac to test .
