SMTP Error

WHen i enter SMTP information in the process.php, i get the following error (and i know the smtp information is correct):

“There was a problem

Fatal error: Class ‘SMTP’ not found in /home/sites/freddicounsellorlondon.co.uk/public_html/couples-individuals/quform/lib/class.phpmailer.php on line 1194”

Please help ASAP
