smtp error

Hi,
I am having a problem with a clients site trying to setup the form

I get this error on submission

I researched and found online from this forum a testing script (https://gist.githubusercontent.com/ThemeCatcher/9132553/raw/24f22a92a3e24a031f17dcacfbe44477345dda20/smtp-check.php) so i set this up and got this
Fatal error: Class ‘SMTP’ not found in /sites/itsaknockout.org/htdocs/quform/lib/class.phpmailer.php on line 1194

any ideas what is wrong?
