Some notifications received as Spam other directly to inbox

Hi,

One one site where I have a contact request form some of the notifications go directly to Spam while others go straight to the inbox.

Any solution so they would always go straight to the inbox?

Hi,
The from address was already set to static, with the email address set to having the same domain as the website and additional the domain’s email are managed through google apps….

Can create the filter, though it still makes me wonder what causes this….
