I made a “choice tree” with various steps. However, I receive sometimes empty emails. That is because the user (or spam?) does not make a choice in the steps. And only click on “next”. I do receive a message that the steps have been completed, but the email is (sometimes) empty. If I follow the steps by myself, I will just receive a filled email. So that’s the strange thing! Does anyone know how this is possible?
Is it possible to make the button “next” something required (to test)? So that the user must always make a choice to proceed to the next step(s). I would like to hear from you if you know some solution! Thanks.
