SSL Issue form

I can’t get my Form page to be secure.

Looks like some mixed content I guess?

How can I fix that with the plugin?

It’s only one page with a Quform form that has this. contact form page is fine..

Also someone just mentioned he got an Ajax error. Can you see why this was happening? (couldn’t reproduce myself)
