Store only fields with entries in Database

I have a rahter lagre form at

Can i somehow prevent that fields without entries are written to the Database?

I use the Table: wp_iphorm_form_entry_data
As a Gateway for the ordermanagement.
Each Time i submit the form a entry is made for every Field. Regardless wether there was an entry made or Not.
It would be helpful to only have entries made into this Table when the user has
Entered a value.

Is this possible?
