Strange disappearance of radio button

I’m facing a peculiar problem. All radio buttons have disappeared and simply due to an inline CSS style. I’m not sure what’s causing the display: none style from appearing. I have uploaded an image to show that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My apologies. The issue was being caused by a style in my style sheet. I have resolved it.
