Styling the forms

Hello it’s been a little tricky centering the form elements. seems to be 2 rows.

I can’t seem to get the div wrapping the form to text-align: center or margin: auto. seems that there are a lot of classes applied to all the input boxes.

how do I center all my input boxes? (name, email)
how do I center the captcha code? (class?)
how do I center the submit button? (which class?)
