Submit Button Background Color

Staff,

I have done lots of searching and came across your solution to change the background color of the submit button; this is what I found:

Submit button inside span
background: #f05a1a;
border: 1px solid #f05a1a;

Submit button
background: #f05a1a;
color: #ffffff;

However, as you can see on my site, it’s not working! I cannot figure this out! Any help is much appreciated.
