Submit Button not resetting form

Hello,

I had a really simple form which consists of 4 questions which have conditional logic. I have named the Submit button a (Reset) button, so when client clicks Reset it resets the form.

For some reason, that action is not working anymore. I honestly do not recall if i updated the quform plugin for this to happen.

I am running:
WP: 4.1.1
qufrom: 1.5.1
Avada Theme: 3.7.3

I have tried already the following:
Deactivated all plugins except for qufrom.
Erased all custom CSS
Erased all custom PHP
Activating standard Twenty Fifteen theme

I have also tried adding the RESET button from this LINK. The reset button displays on the front end but when i click it, nothing happens.
