When i hit submit on the form, it goes to a blank page. I noticed that the URL says sitename.com/quoform/process.php on that page.
I have the files uploaded to sitename.com/template/quoform/process.php
Does the quo form folder need to be located in the same folder as my index.html file? I tried that, but when I did, it must have clashed with some script or something, because my index.html went blank.
