Submit first page of Multi Page form

Would it be possible to “Submit” the form info after the first page of a Multi Page Form, at the same time continue to the second page of the form?

I’ve tried option number 2, but it seems that the Name field (First Name, Last Name) is not passing on the value, the phone number is not passing the value too as well as the select field. Is there any special query string for them?
