Submit Logic Redirect

I am hoping to use the form as a pre-payment questionnaire. Once they submit form it redirects them to paypal for payment. However, we over 4 price points, which they select as question #1 which package to purchase. Is there a best practice or even possibility to send them to paypal with a pre-determined amount they have to pay based on their selection of question #1?
For instance:

Which Package do you want?
1) $5
2) $10
3) $15
4) $20

If they selected $5 that is the the paypal amount they would redirect to on form submit. (I am aware how to create the custom paypal URL for certain prices)
