Tell a friend form

Hello,

I’ve setup form the way you’ve described in other post regarding “tell a friend form” or auto-reply email to submitted email field. However, with this setup it sends auto-reply to only one email address field. I’d like to give the user the option to send to multiple emails. I’ve tried giving five email fields all the same values, but it only auto-replies to the individual selected field in the auto reply settings –> recipient element. How do I send to more than one?
