Temp Directory Error

I am getting an error telling me “The temporary directory does not exist, please create the directory and make it writable.” I create the folder, made it a “777”. My concern is, will I lose the forms if I de-activate the plugin? Thanks!

UPDATE: The error was fixed with the latest update 2.9.3.
