Terms And Conditions Popup Don’t Work

I have tripled checked the steps and my settings but it seems like there’s a problem. When you go here and click the blue hyperlink terms and conditions: https://cubitize.com/appsumo/

the URL changes to: https://cubitize.com/appsumo/#

Do my settings look good?

I did some testing and changed the a href=”#” in the checkbox element label field to a href=”https://cubitize.com” and when I click the blue hyperlink it redirects me to my home page. This means this link works.

But I am not trying to set up a redirect URL. I want the popup box to display on the same page as the registration form (https://cubitize.com/appsumo/) when someone clicks on the hyperlink.

Please advise….
