Text Fields Issue with Safari and iOS

Hi

We are facing a strange issue with Qforms on Safari and iOS devices. Users are unable to enter anything in text input fields. Checkbox, radio buttons, upload fields etc are working fine.

Please see a sample URL for your reference. I am also attaching a screen recording of the issue.

The forms are working fine on Android devices and other browsers.

Please suggest.
