Text zone Min and Max

Hello,
Can anyone could check if the Validator “Length” of the Text Zone is working ?
On my end, with Version 1.4.15 doesn’t seem to verify.
Also, on Advanced setting of the field, on the override translations fields

Value must be no longer than %2$d characters

it should be %3$s (and the end d should be s) since the variable %2$s is used on

Value must be at least %2$s characters long
