Textarea Dynamically Expand as Needed

I know how to make the textarea larger in height and/or width if required.

I’m wondering if there’s and way to expand the height as needed dynamically so that all entered text is visible.

In other words, as the user types text (or pastes it) into the textarea rather than scrolling the height is adjusted as needed.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
