The form is not saved in a custom table of my wordpress

The Use WordPress database option is selected. The table and fiels is created too and it’s configured What to save. I attach images.
There are no errors in wp debug but the data is not stored in the table ¿Why?

Where can I write to the topic support team to give me the personalized assistance they offer when you buy the plugin?
