The plugin worked correctly until it has stopped working. I have tried everything you put on your support page but it still doesn’t work.

Go to Forms > Settings > Tweaks and Troubleshooting.
Turn off Secure API requests.

Rebuilding the script cache in the Settings -> Tweaks & Troubleshooting after updating to the latest version fixed it for me.
