The WordPress uploads directory is not writable

Hi, After updating the plugin via ftp to the latest version(1.10.0), the form builder options is empty with the message:

“The WordPress uploads directory is not writable” I verified the permissions of the uploads folder and everything is correct, you can help me please?

Hi there,

I tried several ways to fix the same issue without success. I have two websites that use the plugin within the same server. On has a writable upload directory, the other one doesn’t. Could you take a look? I’ll send you the credentials by email.
