ParticipantOur client is getting an error message when he submits a form: “There was a problem. Ajax error.” Screen shot attached.
He gets the error using both Chrome and IE on a desktop PC. He does not get the error using his smart phone. I don’t get any errors on my Win10 workstation using Chrome, Firefox, or MS Edge browsers so it’s been difficult to troubleshoot.
We are using Quform Version 2.2.0. I can provide login info to the WordPress CMS if you need it. We have the unlimited license and have used Quform on many sites on the same hosting without any issues.
The development site form page is at:

ParticipantPlease disregard this support request for now. I’m trying a different form plugin on the site. Thanks.
