There was a problem string(213)

Hi,

I am gettin the above error when submitting the form. The value in parenthesis changes, sometimes it’s 190 etc

The error includes the SQL INSERT but that looks fine, it does work OK when I enter it into PHP MyAdmin etc.

What is the problem?
