Toglle Show / Hide Sections of a form

Hi, I would like to be able to toggle show / hide sections of a form as it is very long. I would like to have the toggle effect be triggered by text “Step 1″; Step 2” etc …

I have followed the tutorial regarding “Expanding a Form” , but that only expands, and I need the ability to toggle (show/hide)

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
