Tooltip Not Working

Hi, Tooltips are not showing up, when I use the preview the tooltip shows for a brief moment then disappears. The tooltip doesn’t show at all on the form or form preview.

I have it setup correctly, I’m very experienced at using quform and I’ve tried the obvious like uninstalling and deactivating other plugins.
