Tooltip position in an RTL language /(Hebrew)

Hello,

I created an RTL (Hebrew) form by inserting an HTML element with your recommended code into the form.

However, Tooltips are not positioned correctly (see screenshot attached). They should be positioned to the left of the input box. I tried all options in Settings>Style>Tooltips>Tooltips Style>Tip Position but in vain.

Can you pls help?
