Is it possible to track at which point/page users stopped filling out a multistep/-page form? Either built in or custom js or via tracking using e.g. matomo?

That would be very helpful to improve the user experience and do some A/B testing.

    best regards

Thanks. I’m going to look into it. Sadly we’re restricted by the European General Data Protection Regulation about what can be send / saved without explicit consent of the user e.g. via Double-Opt-In.

The form submissions are meant to be send to Pipedrive and/or Sendinblue which take care of the Double-Opt-In process. We just wanted to track at which step people may exit the form to improve it over time.

But still, thanks for the answer and pointing me to the other topic.

    best regards
