    Hello,

Would it be possible to trigger another form to pop up using conditional logic, but to include the response to the “popped” up form in the notification email?

The idea is: If a person clicks on option 1 of a multiple choice element, a Form B opens up and asks additional questions, upon submitting form B, they are returned to Form A and when a notification email is generated, it includes the data from both forms A & B.

    Thanks!

Why using a second form if you can use a hidden group and it shows when option 1 is selected ? , it is much easier
Just make a group , put all the questions in it and make it appear with conditional logic .!

    Hi Josef,

Thanks for your post. The form is used in a check-in form for my office. The form is displayed on an iPad and already uses multiple instances of conditional logic. I’m trying to decrease scrolling after user feedback, people feel the form is too long.
