Two drop down boxes

Hi,
We use and love Quform. We have 21 groups in our organisation and within each of those groups there are up to 18 individual organisations each with a separate contact email address. Is it possible to have two drop downs menus on the same form like the attached screenshot so that the user clicks on the group first and then the individual organisation within that group to leave a message?
