Unable to see Google Recaptcha Privacy/Terms

Hi,
I have implemented the google invisible recaptcha v3 on a form which I think is working ok as I am getting data back on the console and I can see it in the source code but I am unable to see the privacy terms icon that is usually displayed. I have tried adding it inline in case it was being hidden behind some content somewhere but then I see a gap on the form where it would be. I’ve moved it back to bottom right which is where I want it but I am not sure what could be wrong if you are able to help please?
