Unknown upload error

Hi there

All of a sudden, I’m unable to uploaded files on my form.

I’m receiving the error “Unknown upload error”. This has worked in the past (and I’ve ensure the file extensions are allowed), so not sure what could have changed?

I’ve tried all three actions:

* Made the upload simple (same error)
* Checked that the server has enough space
* Tried to debug things – despite the instructions, and creating a debug.log file on my wp-contents folders, the debug file is NOT being updated when I get the error.

I’ve removed the uploader and tried again, still the same issue.
