Update to Version 1.7.0 not working

When I am updating to the new version 1.7.0 I am getting the following error

– An error occurred while updating Quform: Could not copy file. iphorm-form-builder/admin/includes/elements/settings/clear-default-value.php

I have tried replacing this file manually through FTP but it is still saying I do not have latest version.

Please let me know how to fix this problem.
