Upgrade Quform WP Plugin

I know this might be a silly question but I am not able to upgrade my WP plugin but it keeps failing. I have been looking for documentation to solve this but cannot find anything. I deactivated the plugin and still it fails.

Sorry to bother you I suspect there is a very simple solution…

Plugin just fails. I have not tried a manual update because I am concerned about losing any changes to the css files I made. ( I guess I could backup that file). I am running 1.4.9 is this the most recent?
