Trying to upgrade when prompted in WordPress from 1.4.14 to 1.4.16, but it fails every time due to the old plugin not being able to be removed. I have three different licenced for WP QuForm, and this process fails every time in each WP instance.
Can you advise if there’s a fix for this, or if there’s a different upgrade process I can follow instead of the WP internal one (such as manual FTP uplaod perhaps)?
