Upload buttons not visible and some forms not visible either

Hi there,

Can someone please help me with the following issue? In one form the upload buttons are not visible anymore and some other forms in other pages disapeared. When i open the console in the browser dev tools i get this error:

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'iPhorm' 

And in the

debug.log

file in wordpress folder i get this message:

Can someone please help me out with this issue, it’s really important … Many thanks in advance.
