upload error

Hi there,

We have developed a form on the following page http://www.atlasoflife.org.au/2016-photography-competition/ for a photography competition.

One of our entrants is having problems uploading photos, and when he uploads a file, which is less than 2MB he gets an ‘upload error’, and the file is not uploaded.

I have tested the form and able to upload images okay, however, he is not able to do so.

Could you please help to find the solution to this problem?
