I just got reports from customers that our contact form is not working. I tested it and it’s true. If I try to submit anything It returns a “An Error occurred. Refresh the page and try again.” message.
I have just updated it to the latest version (2.10)
Hi Ally, Thank you so much for this reply! I only saw that you did now, for some strange reason I didn’t get a notification. Sorry about that. The fact that I haven’t come back means the form somehow stopped giving that issue. Perhaps it was an update somewhere or something but I haven’t received any reports of the form not sending.
