We are trying to use your code for one of our contact forms. In that there is field with checkboxes (a) & (b). In that we need to give an option where if option (b) is selected irrespective of whether (a) is selected or not, an autoresponse will be sent with a PDF attachment.
Could you please let us know how this could be done?

Got it to work.
Just one last query. Is it possible to send a different message for option (a) and a different for option (b)?? I mean 2 different autoreplies depending upon the checkbox ticked.

We need to use our form on a windows server. However, the form is not getting submitted. Could you please let us know what needs to be done to make the for submit on a windows server with autoreponse?
