URL for background image is not correct

Hi,

The URL I find generated for the background image I uploaded after upgrading to WordPress 3.8 isn’t correct:

If I remove the duplicated “http://www…..” and paste, http://www.vbcpoco.ca/ramblings/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2014/01/winter-blog3.jpg, in my browser I can see the image uploaded correctly. The blog is on a WordPress subdomain and used to work properly so I’m not sure what the problem is.
