User to view their own entries on membership page

Hi,

Which membership plugin work with Quform?
This is what I want to do:
1, after user submit a form, the form/entry will be display to a page for this user only.
2, I want to write some comment for each entry.

I actually want to use Quform for user to order my products and user can always check the status for their entries.

Does Quform have listing/commenting function of the entries for user rather than in WP control panel for webmaster to see only?
